DelonJobs is seeking to hire 6 Application Analyst Trainees for a leading financial institution in Nigeria who will manage the day-to-day operational issues and ensure or guarantee 99.9%stability and availability of the company’s financial or non-financial applications. Interested candidates must possess a minimum of bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline with a minimum of 0 – 2 years cognate IT experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the company’s applications.
• Coordinate End of Day / Start of day on CBA where applicable.
• Coordinate system changes with the team lead.
• Systems performance monitoring.
• Provide 2nd Level user support for Flexcube or other third-party application escalated problems.
• Follow-up on escalated problems, effective and efficient management of User Support to the company’s IT resources.
• Perform preventative maintenance; specify design changes; amend program specifications; update user/operations documentation.
• Coordinate backup restoration test.

Job Requirements:

• Absolute dedication to service delivery.
• Proficient in office automation tools e.g., Microsoft Office, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft and or Oracle SQL.
• Certification(s) in IT Service Management or Microsoft or Oracle.
• Oral & Written communication skills.
• Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
• Interpersonal Skills.
• Ability to learn.
• Team building / conflict management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦3,000,000.00 – ₦4,000,000.00 per year
