– Craft content strategies relevant to each platform – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Linkedin as the lead platforms

– Translating the strategy into a detailed content and creative deployment plan

– Seeding in the thinking on how to leverage “influencers”

– Working with creative designers and taking full ownership of deployment from the social handles

– Setting up a system for responses to learners on social platforms for engaging in conversations

-Maintains a good relationship with the company and the community

– Establish systems to monitor performance to constantly enhance community engagement
