Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in the implementation of HR projects and in delivering different briefs (recruitment, research, systems development, training, etc.)
2. Serve as support to the consultant in supporting effective project management for team members
3. Conducting relevant research for the improvement of NSproducts(product development)
4. Input data of prospects to ensure easy accessibility.
5. Undertake logistics during the implementation of projects
6. Develop and maintain various computer databases, spreadsheets, and other applications.
7. Providing support on all company-related business/HR projects
8. Providing support for marketing-related functions
9. Providing account management support to our customers
10. Providing assistance to the lead consultant’s office
11. Post Job ads, manage the company’s social media pages
12. All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

1. First Degree from a University
2. An HR certification or degree in personnel administration will be an added advantage
3. Digital marketing skills will be an added advantage
4. Between 23-28 years of age
5. Strong self-motivation.
6. Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
7. Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
8. Superb interpersonal skills.
9. A professional appearance.
