Our company is in need for a results-driven retail Store Manager to be responsible for the overall store management. You will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Also be responsible for motivating sales teams with great customer service as well as developing business strategies that will help them achieve success in a competitive marketplace.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing store strategies to raise customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
  • Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the store and making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.
  • Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.

Skills and Requirements

  • Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
  • Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager.
  • Proficiency in inventory management data entry skills.
  • Proficiency with the use of computers.

Qualification: OND/HND/BA/BSC

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦60,000.00 – ₦100,000.00 per month
