Job Position: Telesales Intern
Job Location: Ipaja, Lagos
Employment Type: Internship
Responsibilities
- Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes.
- Providing information to customers.
- Monitoring sales performance.
- Closing sales deals.
- Keeping a record of calls and relevant details.
- Take customer’s complaints and seek proactive ways to resolve their problems, proffering solutions.
- Support in resolving customer complaints.
- Records the details of Customers.
- Maintain a positive attitude amidst customers provocation
Requirements
- 1-2 Year Experience.
- B.Sc / HND in related field from recognized institution.
- Age:18-28 years
- Must reside around, Iyana Ipaja, ipaja, Oshodi, agege, Abule Egba
Salary
N45,000 Plus commission on sales.
